03 Stack
The stack we build on
Chosen per project, not per habit. A content led site with a small marketing team and a transactional platform with logins and pricing rules want different answers, and we say which one we are recommending and why before the quote goes out.

04 Performance
What makes a website fast enough to rank?
A budget that is set before the first template is built, and measured on every template rather than on the home page alone. In short, speed is a design decision about image weight, font loading and layout stability, and it is far cheaper to hold than to retrofit.
| Metric | What it measures | Good | Usual cause when it fails |
|---|---|---|---|
| LCP | Time until the biggest visible element appears | Under 2.5 seconds | An unoptimised hero image, or a render blocking stylesheet |
| INP | Responsiveness to taps, clicks and key presses | Under 200 ms | Heavy third-party scripts running on the main thread |
| CLS | How much the page moves while it loads | Under 0.1 | Images without width and height, or a late font swap |
| Page weight | Total bytes a first-time visitor downloads | Under 1 MB | Full-size photographs served to a phone |
Measured, not asserted
05 Compliance
What the law expects from a business website
Three sets of obligations touch a normal business site. None of them is onerous, and all of them are cheaper to build in than to bolt on after a notice arrives.
- Consent and privacy. The General Data Protection Regulation applies wherever your users are in the EU or the UK, and an equivalent regime applies elsewhere. Every form we build carries a purpose-specific consent notice and a withdrawal route.
- Company particulars. Article 5 of the EU e-Commerce Directive and the equivalent trading-disclosure rules elsewhere set out the provider particulars a business site has to publish, registered office address and Corporate Identity Number a company publishes on its official communications. We put them in the footer as a matter of course.
- Selling online. Consumer law in most markets requires seller identity, a working complaints route, and clear returns and refund terms to be displayed before checkout. If the site takes orders, these pages are part of the build rather than an afterthought.
- Accessibility. We build to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. It is the working standard for public sector procurement and it overlaps almost entirely with what makes a page readable by a search engine.

06 People
Who you actually work with
Four founders, named, and the same four on every website we build. You get their direct line, not a ticket queue.
The person who writes your scope is the person who builds against it. Nobody is handed off to an account manager after signature.
-
Dhanush Prabha
Co-Founder, CTO and CMO
Owns the sitemap, the design system, the performance budget and the handover of code and credentials.
-
Sriram Ravichandran
Founder and CEO
Agrees the page count, the fixed date and the commercial terms, and stays accountable for the schedule.

The part that mattered was the wireframe stage. We changed the whole structure of the services section in week one, when it cost a conversation instead of a rebuild.
07 Cross-border
How do we work with clients in another country?
None of this needs you to be in any particular country. The work is remote either way, so these are the answers a buyer asks for before signing, and they are the same on every engagement we run.
Working hours
Our day runs on UTC+5:30. The overlap window with your team is written into the scope rather than assumed, and everything outside it runs asynchronously.
How we communicate
One written update a day on the channel you already use, a standing weekly call inside the overlap window, and a named person to escalate to. Nothing important is agreed only on a call.
Who you contract with
Synerdyn Private Limited, the company behind IncorpX, named in the agreement with its registration number. The governing law and the forum are agreed before you sign, not after a dispute.
Currency and payment
Invoiced in your currency or in ours, your choice, and settled by bank transfer. Milestones are tied to deliverables you can see, never to elapsed time.
What you own
Copyright in everything built for you is assigned on final payment: source code, design files, prompts, configuration and documentation. Third-party licences are listed by name so nothing is a surprise later.
Where data sits
You choose the region your data is stored and processed in, and the answer is written down before the build starts, with who at IncorpX can reach it and for how long.

IncorpX is a brand of Synerdyn Private Limited. The contracting entity, the governing law and the invoicing currency are all named in the proposal before you sign anything.
08 Reference
Terms used in this scope
- Information architecture
- What pages exist, how they nest and how a visitor moves between them. Agreed before any visual design begins.
- Wireframe
- A structural layout of a page with no colour or imagery. Approving it is what stops a late structural change from costing a redesign.
- Design system
- The reusable type scale, colours, spacing and components a site is assembled from, so a page built next year still matches.
- Performance budget
- A ceiling on load time, interaction delay and page weight, set before the build and checked on every template.
- Redirect map
- A one-to-one list of every old URL and its replacement, applied at launch so a redesign does not shed rankings.
- Staging URL
- A private copy of the site where you review real content and real behaviour before it reaches the public domain.
- GDPR
- The EU and UK data protection regime. Article 83 sets administrative fines of up to €20 million or 4% of worldwide annual turnover, whichever is higher, which is why consent, retention and access control are build decisions here rather than paperwork.

Next step
Send us what the site has to do. We will send back a scope.
A page list, a wireframe plan, a fixed quote and a launch date, usually within one working day. The scope document is yours whether or not you build with us.
Read by Dhanush Prabha, our CTO, not a form queue. Reply usually within one working day, in your time zone.
