This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all services offered by IncorpX, a brand operated by Synerdyn Private Limited. It covers professional and facilitation assistance for government processes (such as company, GST, and trademark registration), as well as services delivered directly by IncorpX, such as accounting, HR, payroll, virtual office, and website development.
IncorpX charges professional and facilitation fees only. IncorpX is a private business consultancy and not a government body. All registrations, licences, and certificates are issued solely by the relevant government authorities, and you may also apply for them directly on the official government portals. Any government, statutory, or third-party fees are separate from our fees, are charged at actuals, and are paid to the relevant authority on your behalf. See our full Disclaimer.
1. Understanding the Fees You Pay
To make refunds clear, it helps to understand the components of what you pay:
- IncorpX Professional and Facilitation Fees: our charges for guidance, document preparation, filing assistance, and support. These are the only amounts that IncorpX earns.
- Government and Statutory Fees: official fees, stamp duty, and statutory charges payable to government authorities (for example, MCA, GSTN, or IP India). These are collected and remitted to the authority on your behalf at actuals.
- Third-Party Fees: charges for any third-party product or service used in connection with your request, such as digital signature tokens or independent professional certification.
2. Cancellation of Service
You may request cancellation at any time by emailing us. Your eligibility for a refund depends on the stage of your service when you cancel:
- Before work begins: if you cancel before we have started work on your request, you are eligible for a refund of IncorpX professional fees, less any government, statutory, or third-party fees already paid on your behalf and a nominal administrative charge.
- After work begins: if we have started preparing documents or coordinating your request, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis in proportion to the work already completed.
- After submission to an authority: once an application or fee has been submitted to a government authority, the government and statutory portion is non-refundable, and professional fees for work completed up to that point are non-refundable.
3. What Is Refundable
- IncorpX professional fees for work that has not yet started, subject to a nominal administrative charge.
- Amounts collected for a government or third-party fee that has not yet been paid out on your behalf.
- Duplicate or excess payments made in error.
4. What Is Non-Refundable
- Government fees, statutory charges, taxes, and other third-party payments, once submitted or remitted to the relevant authority or third party on your behalf.
- IncorpX professional fees for assistance or services already rendered or in progress.
- Fees where a delay, rejection, or additional requirement arises from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you, or from your failure to respond within a reasonable time.
5. Government Decisions and Timelines Are Not a Ground for Refund
The approval, rejection, or delay of any registration, licence, or application, and the processing timelines, rest solely with the relevant government authority. A government decision or delay is outside our control and is not, by itself, a ground for a refund of professional fees for work we have correctly carried out. We will continue to support you in addressing queries raised by the authority.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email info@incorpx.co.in with "Refund Request" in the subject line. Please include your name, the service you purchased, your payment reference, and the reason for your request. We will review and respond within 7 business days.
7. Refund Processing and Timelines
Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 15 to 20 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. The final decision on a refund rests with IncorpX management, applied fairly and in line with this policy.
8. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first so we can resolve it. Raising a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution. We will share records of the service and communications with the payment provider as needed to address any dispute.
