03 Delivery
The five stages of a build
Each stage ends with something you approve, so the project is never in an ambiguous state and you always know what is waiting on whom.
Step 1: Scope and sitemap
What the site has to achieve for your business in Cuttack, every page listed, the integrations named and the launch date fixed in writing.
3 to 5 daysStep 2: Wireframes and design
Structure approved before any visual design begins, then the designed templates built out from a shared design system.
1 to 2 weeksStep 3: Engineering and content
Mobile-first build against the approved designs, the content system configured, and real content loaded on a staging URL.
1 to 4 weeksStep 4: Performance and compliance
Every template measured against the Core Web Vitals thresholds and checked for accessibility, consent handling and statutory particulars.
2 to 3 daysStep 5: Launch and handover
Redirects mapped, analytics connected, sitemap submitted, and the repository, design files and credentials transferred to you.

04 Local search
What makes a website findable in Cuttack?
Four things sit inside a build, and they are the only four a developer can actually deliver. In short, the site supplies the technical basis; ranking after that is content and reputation, which no build can promise.
| What it is | Why it matters in Cuttack | Part of the build |
|---|---|---|
| Google Business Profile | The map pack is where most nearby searches for a service in Cuttack resolve. The profile has to agree with the site. | Yes |
| LocalBusiness data | Tells a search engine the business address, hours and service area in machine-readable form. | Yes |
| Distinct location pages | Useful only where the offering genuinely differs by place. Near-duplicate city pages are a liability, not an asset. | Where justified |
| Reviews and citations | Earned over time from real customers. A build cannot manufacture them and should not claim to. | No |
What we will not claim
We had four near-identical city pages doing nothing. They cut it to one real page and put the effort into the profile and the reviews instead.
05 Compliance
What the site has to display
Three sets of obligations reach a normal business website in Odisha. All of them are cheaper to build in than to retrofit.
- Consent and privacy. The Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 were notified on 13 November 2025 by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, with the main obligations commencing on 13 May 2027. Every form we build carries a purpose-specific consent notice and a withdrawal route.
- Company particulars. Section 12(3) of the Companies Act, 2013, administered by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, sets out the name, registered office address and Corporate Identity Number a company publishes on its official communications. The footer is where they belong.
- Selling online. The Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 require seller identity, a grievance officer and clear returns terms to be displayed by anyone taking orders.
- Accessibility. We build to WCAG 2.2 Level AA, which is the working standard for public sector procurement and overlaps almost entirely with what makes a page readable by a search engine.

Terms used in this scope
- Wireframe
- A structural layout of a page with no colour or imagery. Approving it is what stops a late structural change from costing a redesign.
- Staging URL
- A private copy of the site where your team in Cuttack reviews real content and real behaviour before anything reaches the public domain.
- Redirect map
- A one-to-one list of every old URL and its replacement, applied at launch so a redesign does not shed rankings.
- Performance budget
- A ceiling on load time, interaction delay and page weight, set before the build and checked on every template rather than once on the home page.
- Largest Contentful Paint
- Written LCP: the time until the biggest visible element appears. Under 2.5 seconds is the threshold Google treats as good.
- Data Protection Board of India
- The adjudicating body under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. The Schedule to that Act sets fixed rupee ceilings rather than a share of turnover: up to ₹250 crore for failing to take reasonable security safeguards against a personal data breach, up to ₹200 crore for failing to notify the Board and the people affected, and up to ₹50 crore for a breach of any other provision. That is why consent, retention and access control are build decisions here rather than paperwork.
