About this scheme
MSME Idea Hackathon 6.0 is a Government of India innovation programme launched by the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) under the MSME Innovative Scheme (Incubation Component). The programme supports innovative ideas in frontier technologies by providing incubation, mentorship and financial assistance of up to ₹15 lakh through approved Host Institutes.
The programme aims to identify innovative ideas with commercial potential and help innovators transform them into working prototypes. Applicants can submit ideas under six technology themes including Renewable Energy, Energy Efficiency, Automotive Technology, Industry 4.0 & 5.0, Robotics & Automation and Other Frontier Technologies.
Applications are evaluated through multiple stages, including assessment by Host Institutes, document verification by the Ministry, evaluation by Domain Expert Selection Committees (DESC), and final approval by the Project Monitoring & Advisory Committee (PMAC).
Selected innovators receive funding, incubation support, expert mentorship and access to India's innovation ecosystem for prototype development and commercialization.

- Only one submission is allowed per idea
