About this scheme

WEnnovate 2.0 is an intensive acceleration track developed by the Karnavati Innovation and Incubation Foundation (KIIF) at Karnavati University. This program addresses the specialized support gap for women-led startups driving innovation in DeepTech and Immersive Experience. It focuses on empowering tech-first founders to scale their solutions through a high-intensity, execution-focused approach.

The three-week journey provides participants with substantial resources. This includes intensive mentorship from seasoned operators, alongside strategic support in areas like Go-To-Market strategies, Intellectual Property, legal guidance, and funding preparation. The program culminates in a Demo Day, offering direct access to a curated network of investors.

Post-program, successful startups gain an opportunity for a potential two-year incubation stint at KIIF. This extended support is designed to foster long-term growth by providing continued access to venture capital and government funds, coupled with ongoing legal, compliance, and IP assistance, and strategic pitch development coaching.

Who can apply

• The program is open to startups that have received DPIIT recognition. This ensures participating entities are officially acknowledged by the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade, aligning with national startup ecosystem initiatives.
• Startups must have been incorporated for a period of two years or less at the time of submitting their application. This criterion targets early-stage ventures that are still within their formative operational period.
• A mandatory requirement for application is the presence of at least one woman co-founder within the startup's core team. This criterion underscores the program's explicit focus on promoting women's entrepreneurship in the technology sector.
• Participating startups are expected to be building tech-first, scalable solutions. This emphasizes a focus on innovative technological foundations with the potential for significant market reach and growth.
• The program specifically targets companies operating in key focus sectors, including DeepTech, Robotics, Immersive Technology, Climate and Clean Energy, HealthTech, and Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning. These areas represent strategic technological domains.
• Enrollment in the program is subject to strictly limited seats. This indicates a competitive selection process and a commitment to providing focused, high-quality support to a select group of startups.
