About this scheme
UDBHAV 3.0 is a six-month, no-cost blockchain incubation program run by the Centre of Excellence in Blockchain Technology under IIM Lucknow's Enterprise Incubation Centre (IIML EIC). It is backed by the Government of Uttar Pradesh, with Microsoft as Technology Partner and Kerala Blockchain Academy as Knowledge Partner.
The program supports startups building, validating, and scaling blockchain-based use cases. Selected startups get co-incubation access to IIML EIC's ecosystem and workspace, mentorship from industry experts, capacity building, product validation and commercialisation support, and dedicated handholding for blockchain use-case development.
Operational support spans legal, IPR, and financial helpdesks, plus access to IIML EIC's Supercomputer, IoT, and 3D Printing labs. UDBHAV 3.0 also opens funding and corporate engagement opportunities, global market access, and direct interaction with Microsoft's blockchain stack through the technology partnership.
