Techstars Anywhere Accelerator
by Techstars
Techstars' remote-first accelerator for early-stage companies that can work to US time zones, with standard Techstars investment and global mentor access.
- A strong option for deep-tech, AI, or cleantech founders at any stage chasing a top global accelerator.
About this scheme
Techstars Anywhere is a remote-first accelerator open to inventive companies in any industry, wherever they are based. It carries the full weight of a Techstars programme online, while building in three compulsory in-person offsites held in major global startup hubs so teams can connect and collaborate more deeply. Investment is on standard Techstars terms per a signed term sheet, giving founders both capital and the standing of the Techstars name. Members reach the Techstars network of more than 10,000 mentors, a wide investor base, and a high-profile Demo Day to show their progress to active backers. They also enter the alumni circle of over 4,000 companies spread across 150-plus countries, which keeps delivering peer support, referrals, and deal flow well after the programme wraps.
Each company works with dedicated programme managers throughout, follows a weekly schedule of focused workshops, expert talks, and candid team reviews, and gets direct introductions to Techstars Ventures and outside investors. Co-working space is laid on for the three in-person offsites at leading global hubs. The current cohort leans towards teams in robotics, energy, applied and physical artificial intelligence, and advanced materials science, while still welcoming founders from every technology sector. A full set of portfolio perks and service credits helps cover operating needs during and after the programme.
Who can apply
- Built for startups and early-stage companies actively developing their ventures and ready for accelerator-level mentoring, capital, and investor access.
- Teams must be able to operate on US time zones so they can join the remote curriculum, live sessions, and scheduled interactions in full; Indian founders qualify as long as they can meet this requirement.
- All industries may apply, though selection leans towards robotics, sustainable energy, applied and physical artificial intelligence, and advanced materials science.
