About this scheme

TattvaX Cohort 2 is an accelerator program designed for high-potential DeepTech startups, a collaborative initiative presented by i-Hub Gujarat and SanchiConnect. i-Hub Gujarat, a government-backed entity, fosters innovation and entrepreneurship in Gujarat, while SanchiConnect builds and supports the deep tech ecosystem. The program specifically targets cutting-edge solutions across critical and strategic domains such as Space Technology, Defence, Drones, and other emerging advanced technologies. It aims to empower tech-driven ventures solving real-world problems with significant national and global impact.

This program offers 100% equity-free and cost-free support, ensuring founders retain complete ownership. Upon successful completion of the acceleration phase, selected ventures are eligible for a substantial grant disbursement under the 'Catalyst For Impact' initiative. This non-dilutive capital supports further development, scaling operations, and accelerates market entry.

Beyond financial assistance, TattvaX Cohort 2 delivers extensive non-monetary support, crucial for deep tech ventures. This includes tailored guidance for tech-driven startups, exclusive peer learning and collaboration opportunities, and one-on-one expert mentorship from seasoned industry leaders, VCs, and technical specialists. Participants benefit from over 20 hands-on workshops covering Go-To-Market strategy, regulatory navigation, and effective scale-up tactics.

A cornerstone of the program is facilitating Proof-of-Concept (POC) and pilot access, enabling startups to collaborate directly with leading corporates and government agencies to validate solutions in real-world environments. The acceleration journey culminates in a national Demo Day, offering significant exposure to over 30 top VCs, strategic investors, corporate partners, and media for potential funding, partnerships, and widespread visibility.

Who can apply

• Startups must be developing cutting-edge solutions in DeepTech, with a core focus on advanced areas such as Space Technology, Defence applications, Drones, and other emerging strategic technologies. The program seeks innovators pushing boundaries in these critical domains.
• The program is open to applications from innovative startups across all regions of India. While nationwide applications are strongly encouraged, preference may be given to those based in Gujarat or officially registered within the state, aligning with i-Hub Gujarat's mandate.
• Strong deep tech startups from any Indian region are particularly encouraged, especially those actively addressing significant challenges in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Hardware development, given their foundational role in deep tech advancements.
• Applicants should demonstrate clear focus on sectors and technologies including, but not limited to, Embedded Systems, Open-Source Hardware, Space Technology, Power Optimization solutions, Drone Components, Edge AI, Real-Time Systems, Cybersecurity Hardware, Smart Devices, advanced Sensor Integration, Automotive Systems, Industrial Automation, Robotics & Control. This wide scope ensures a diverse pool of transformative technologies.
• The program is inclusive, welcoming both pre-revenue startups in the critical validation stage and early-revenue startups demonstrating early traction, initial customer adoption, or poised for significant scale-up. This flexibility ensures support for innovations at various critical growth points.

How the application process works

The journey below is informational, compiled from the official program guidelines. Applications are submitted directly with Gujarat Student Startup and Innovation Hub (i-Hub), in your own name.
