About this scheme
STPI EmTek Call for Proposal 7.0 is a national startup support and incubation initiative launched by the STPI EmTek Centre of Entrepreneurship (CoE) in Bhubaneswar under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY). The program invites startups, innovators, researchers, and entrepreneurs building solutions using Industry 4.0 technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Blockchain, Cybersecurity, Robotics, and Industrial IoT. The objective of the program is to nurture technology-driven startups and accelerate the development of impactful solutions that address industrial challenges using emerging technologies.
Selected participants gain access to STPI's innovation ecosystem including advanced Industry 4.0 laboratories, plug-and-play incubation infrastructure, expert mentorship, and business support programs. Startups receive guidance throughout their journey from prototype development to product commercialization, along with support in business model refinement, market access initiatives, legal and compliance advisory, and connections with investors and public sector organizations. The program also enables startups to showcase their innovations through demo days, product pitching sessions, and ecosystem exposure opportunities.
Who can apply
- Open to startups, innovators, academicians, researchers, educators, and entrepreneurs working on Industry 4.0 and emerging technology solutions.
- Applicants may apply as individuals, partnership firms, or LLP entities.
- Individuals or entities that are not yet incorporated as a private limited company must incorporate as a Private Limited Company within 3 months if selected.
- Solutions must focus on Industry 4.0 and emerging technologies including AI, ML, IoT, Blockchain, Robotics, Cybersecurity, and related deep technology domains.
- Solutions may be at any stage of development, including early concept, prototype, or product stage.
