The UAE–India CEPA Council (UICC) is a bilateral institution established to facilitate and strengthen economic cooperation between the United Arab Emirates and India under the UAE–India Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA).
The Council works to deepen collaboration across trade, investment, innovation, entrepreneurship, and strategic partnerships by bringing together governments, businesses, investors, startups, incubators, accelerators, universities, and ecosystem stakeholders from both countries.
As part of its innovation mandate, the Council leads initiatives such as the UAE–India Start-up Series, which supports high-potential Indian startups in accessing opportunities across the UAE and international markets.
