Launched in March 2023 in Hyderabad by the Government of Telangana, T-Works is billed as India's largest prototyping centre. Its first phase occupies 78,000 square feet near T-Hub in Raidurg and runs on-demand, subsidised prototyping so startups and innovators can get from prototype to product more quickly.
Under one roof the centre gathers a broad fabrication toolkit, laser cutting and engraving, environmental and vibration testing, metrology, electronics labs, 3D printing, metal and wood shops, a ceramics studio, and garage space, and its Access Programs hand startups direct use of these facilities along with expert guidance and a maker community. A second phase will grow the campus to 250,000 square feet over 4.89 acres, with satellite centres planned for Warangal, Karimnagar, and Nizamabad to reach makers in smaller cities and rural areas.
