About NSRCEL, IIM Bangalore
The N.S. Raghavan Centre for Entrepreneurial Learning (NSRCEL) is the entrepreneurship and innovation hub at IIM Bangalore. Founded in 2000, it ranks among India's oldest and most respected academic incubators, having supported roughly 1,885 startups through its incubation track of 585-plus and its launchpad track of 1,300-plus, and it pairs the academic rigour and alumni reach of a top business school with hands-on startup support.
It works as a full-stack incubator across the entire startup lifecycle, running separate tracks for technology startups, social enterprises, and women-led ventures, each with tailored mentoring, funding access, and curriculum, and as part of IIM Bangalore it brings advantages in business strategy, market research, and a network of corporate leaders and investors. Its programmes include a 6-to-12-month Incubation Program with office space, mentoring, and investor connects; Launchpad@NSRCEL for idea-stage founders; a Women Startup Program run with Goldman Sachs; a social-entrepreneurship track; and the IIMB-NSRCEL Business Accelerator for growth-stage companies, alongside corporate-innovation partnerships with the likes of Hindustan Unilever, Capgemini, and NITI Aayog, plus demo days, investor meetups, and faculty masterclasses.
