Testing Fee Reimbursement Scheme

About this scheme

Through the National SC-ST Hub, this scheme refunds product-testing costs for SC/ST-owned Micro and Small Enterprises. It covers whichever is lower of 80% of the testing fee or Rs. 1 lakh, excluding GST and other taxes, in a financial year, for services taken from NABL or BIS-accredited laboratories or from labs of any central or state department or public-sector undertaking, including licences or certifications from the Bureau of Indian Standards. The goal is to make quality testing and certification more affordable for SC/ST entrepreneurs.

Who can apply

• Open only to Micro and Small Enterprises where SC or ST entrepreneurs hold more than 51% of the shareholding.
• The applicant must hold a valid Udyam Registration.

Eligible entity types: Proprietorship, Partnership, Private Limited, LLP

Documents checklist 9

• Self-certified copy of Udyam Registration and GST registration (if applicable)
• Self-certified copy of the PAN card; for a proprietorship, the SC/ST proprietor's PAN card
• Self-certified copy of the caste certificate of the proprietor, all partners, or directors
• Shareholding details for a partnership, private limited company, or LLP, with the SC/ST entrepreneur holding more than 51%
• Attested copy of the partnership deed, or the memorandum and articles of association for an LLP or private limited company
• Attested or original payment receipt and system-generated GST invoice for the amount paid
• Duly attested copy of the test report
• Proof of any prior reimbursement received under this scheme in the same financial year
• Cancelled cheque of the enterprise's current account
