Export Promotion Council Membership Reimbursement Scheme

About this scheme

Offered by the National SC-ST Hub, this scheme helps SC/ST-owned Micro and Small Enterprises take up Export Promotion Council membership by refunding part of the cost. It covers whichever is lower of 80% of the membership fee or Rs. 20,000, excluding GST and other taxes, in a financial year, and applies to annual membership subscriptions, one-time subscription charges, or entry fees, easing the path for SC/ST entrepreneurs into export markets.

Who can apply

• Open to Micro and Small Enterprises with Udyam Registration where one or more SC or ST entrepreneurs hold a majority stake of more than 51%.
• The enterprise must hold a valid Import and Export Code (IEC) and a Registration Cum Membership Certificate (RCMC) from a recognised Export Promotion Council.

• Self-certified copy of Udyam Registration
• Self-certified copy of the GST number, if applicable
• Self-certified copy of the PAN card
• Self-certified copy of the caste certificate of the proprietor, partners, or directors
• Shareholding details (partnership deed or MOA/AOA) showing more than 51% ownership by SC/ST entrepreneurs
• Attested copy of a valid Import and Export Code (IEC)
• Attested copy of a valid Registration Cum Membership Certificate (RCMC) from the EPC
• Original or attested copy of the membership-fee payment receipt and GST invoice
• Cancelled cheque of the enterprise's current account
