It aims to enhance their market access by reimbursing the membership fees for government-promoted e-commerce portals such as GeM, e-khadi, TRIFED, Tribes India, and MSME Mart. The reimbursement covers 80% of the fee or a maximum of Rs. 25,000 per financial year, whichever is less, applicable for both new memberships and renewals.

- The scheme is open to Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) where SC/ST entrepreneurs hold more than 51% shareholding.
- Applicants must provide a Udyam Registration, PAN card, Caste Certificate, and proof of payment for the e-commerce portal membership.
