Bank Loan Processing Reimbursement Scheme

About this scheme

Offered through the National SC-ST Hub, this scheme softens one of the upfront costs of borrowing for Micro and Small Enterprises owned by Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe entrepreneurs. When such a business takes a bank loan, the scheme pays back the processing charge, reimbursing whichever is lower of 80% of the charge or Rs. 1 lakh, excluding GST and other taxes. Support is given on a reimbursement basis once the loan and its processing fee have been paid, and applications are handled at scsthub.in/nssh-schemes.

Who can apply

• The applicant must be a Micro or Small Enterprise holding Udyam Registration, with Scheduled Caste or Scheduled Tribe entrepreneurs owning the majority stake of more than 51%.
• The business must already have taken a bank loan and paid the related processing charge before claiming reimbursement.

• Self-certified copy of Udyam Registration, plus GST registration where applicable
• Self-certified copy of the PAN card
• Caste certificate of the proprietor, or of every partner or director
• Shareholding details for a partnership, private limited company, or LLP, showing the SC or ST entrepreneur holding more than 51%
• Bank-attested debit statement or a valid receipt for the loan processing fee
• Proof that the business loan was disbursed
• Bank-attested copy of the loan sanction letter
• Cancelled cheque of the enterprise's current account
