Who can apply
- **Entrepreneur Eligibility:** The applicant must be an Indian citizen, at least 18 years old, and a first-generation entrepreneur committed to working full-time on the proposed idea.
- **Startup/Idea Eligibility:** The startup should be at the ideation, concept development, validation, or prototyping stage. It must not have received significant external funding exceeding Rs. 10 lakhs (including government grants).
- **Legal and Regional Compliance:** If incorporated, the startup must be a Private Limited Company or an LLP no older than two years. The selected applicant must commit to being physically incubated at IIT Mandi Catalyst.
