Who can apply
- **Entrepreneur:** Must be an Indian citizen at least 18 years old. Applicants should be full-time UG/PG students with entrepreneurial pursuits or founders/co-founders of DPIIT-registered startups (≤ 2 years old). The applicant must be a first-generation entrepreneur and committed to working full-time on the startup.
- **Startup/Idea:** The startup must be in the ideation, validation, or early stages. It must not have received prior funding exceeding Rs. 10 lakh (including government grants). The idea must have scalability potential and align with the focus areas of Electronic Design and Manufacturing, Deeptech Software/Products, and ICT.
- The applicant or entity must be registered from a Tier-II or Tier-III city.
