About this scheme

Maruti Suzuki Nurture is a joint pre-incubation initiative of Maruti Suzuki and IIM Calcutta Innovation Park (IIMCIP) for early-stage startups, with a focus on eastern, north-eastern and central India (open to startups offering services anywhere in India).

Focus domains: Mobility Convenience/Assistance, Tech in Mobility (ADAS, V2X, EV & EV infrastructure, autonomous mobility), Sustainability (eco-friendly packaging, sustainable fuels, plastic alternatives), Social Impact (rural mobility & development, skill development), and Enterprise & Manufacturing (process automation, computer vision, industrial IoT, GenAI).

Who can apply

• Early-stage startups with a prototype or minimum viable product (MVP).
• The startup must be registered in India or have an office in India, and the applicant must be a resident of India.
• Open to startups offering services in India (priority for eastern, north-eastern and central India).

How the application process works

   Post application, startups are shortlisted on relevance to the priority focus areas.

   Shortlisted startups appear for the Regional Idea Hunt; winners advance to the Grand Idea Hunt, followed by winner gratification and PoC opportunity exploration.
