About this scheme
IDEATE Cohort 2026 – SHEvolution is a flagship women entrepreneurship pre-incubation program launched by AIC-RNTU (Atal Incubation Centre – Rabindranath Tagore University) to help aspiring women founders convert innovative ideas into scalable startups.
Over an intensive 10-week journey, participants receive practical mentorship from startup founders, investors, and industry experts while learning customer discovery, idea validation, business model development, AI for entrepreneurs, branding, go-to-market strategy, finance, company registration, legal compliance, intellectual property, fundraising, and investor pitching.
The program provides hands-on guidance to build a Minimum Viable Product (MVP), prepare startups for incubation, and connect founders with investors, incubators, and relevant government funding opportunities.
Selected participants also gain networking opportunities, Demo Day exposure, completion certificates, and access to the AIC-RNTU startup ecosystem for continued incubation support.
