About this scheme
HP Udgam Cohort 2025 , Round II is part of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited's flagship Startup Support Initiative aimed at fostering innovation and collaboration with early-stage startups.
The program focuses on startups that demonstrate strong synergy with the Oil & Gas industry and emerging areas of energy transition and digital innovation. HPCL supports startups working on renewable energy, biofuels, e-mobility, energy storage, LNG, CGD, CBG, sustainability, and digital solutions relevant to the oil and gas value chain.
Selected startups can receive equity funding support of up to Rs. 2.5 crore, following a robust multi-stage evaluation process that includes presentations before two high-level HPCL committees. The initiative is designed to help startups scale their solutions while enabling HPCL to adopt cutting-edge innovations.
Who can apply
- Early-stage startups with solutions aligned to Oil & Gas, Energy Transition, or Digital Innovation
- Startups working in renewables, biofuel, e-mobility, energy storage, LNG, CGD, CBG, or sustainability
- Startups offering digital solutions and innovations relevant to HPCL's business domains
- Applicants must be willing to undergo HPCL's evaluation and selection process
