The Him Palam RKVY-RAFTAAR Seed Fund Programme 2026 is a government-supported startup funding initiative operated by the Him Palam PM-RKVY Agri Business Incubator at CSKHPKV Palampur under the RKVY-RAFTAAR scheme of the Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers' Welfare, Government of India.
The program aims to support innovative and scalable agribusiness startups with grant-in-aid funding of up to ₹25 lakh for developing and commercializing agricultural technologies, products, and services. Selected startups participate in a one-month Agripreneurship Incubation Programme (AIP), while the most promising ventures receive an additional 15-day Seed Stage Incubation support.
The program focuses on startups working across agriculture, food processing, biotechnology, animal husbandry, farm mechanization, supply chain management, IoT, artificial intelligence, irrigation technologies, waste-to-wealth solutions, and other agriculture-related sectors.
Selected startups receive mentorship, technical guidance, business development support, and funding assistance to validate and scale their business models. Startups must be residents of Himachal Pradesh and establish their projects within the state.
