About this scheme

The GRO8 Consumer Cohort is a founder-led accelerator designed to help India's most promising early-stage consumer startups build, validate, and scale their businesses.

Powered by 888VC, Spinach Laws, and Inflection Point Ventures (IPV), the programme brings together experienced founders, operators, investors, and industry experts to share practical insights, growth strategies, and real-world playbooks through an intensive 30-day hybrid programme.

Founders participate in highly interactive learning sessions covering product, sales, marketing, operations, fundraising, and business scaling while receiving direct feedback from mentors and peers. The programme focuses on helping startups successfully navigate the critical 0-to-1 stage of growth.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, with the top 50 startups selected for each cohort. During the final phase of the programme, selected startups receive dedicated fundraising support and may be considered for investment opportunities ranging from USD 50,000 to USD 250,000, subject to approval by the Investment Committee.

Please note that startups operating in alcoholic beverages and non-vegetarian food products are currently not eligible for investment through the GRO8 programme.

• Startup should be building a consumer brand or consumer-focused business.
• Early-stage startups ready to build and scale are encouraged to apply.
• Founders should be committed to actively participating in the 30-day hybrid programme.

• Startups operating in alcoholic beverages and non-vegetarian food products are not eligible for investment consideration through GRO8.

How the application process works

The journey below is informational, compiled from the official program guidelines. Applications are submitted directly with GRO8, in your own name.

   Complete the online application form with founder, company, and startup details.

   Share information about your founding team, business model, market opportunity, product, and current stage of growth.

   Provide details regarding your team structure, functional responsibilities, and why your team is uniquely positioned to solve the identified problem.

   Submit the application through the official GRO8 Consumer Cohort application portal.

   Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis by the GRO8 team.

   The top 50 startups are shortlisted and notified for participation in the cohort.

7. 7

   Selected founders join the 30-day hybrid accelerator, participate in mentoring sessions, workshops, and founder interactions.

   Towards the end of the programme, eligible startups receive fundraising support and may be considered for investment by the Investment Committee.
