About this scheme

FutureX AI is the second edition of Campus Fund's student startup platform, run with Google Cloud. It provides India's biggest platform for student-led AI startups. Selected teams receive investment up to $1,000,000 from Campus Fund and Google Cloud credits through the Google for Startups Cloud Program.

The program includes workshops on AI product building, fundraising, and scaling. Participants also attend masterclasses focused on AI innovations. A Grand Finale event will be held at the Google Bengaluru office on May 29, 2026, followed by long-term post-program support for selected startups.

Applications are open to current students (undergraduate, postgraduate, or research) or graduates/dropouts from 2023 onwards. Applicants must hold at least 25% equity in their AI-first startup. The program seeks startups across foundational models, AI in healthcare, climate, fintech, agritech, and AI-enabled hardware.

Who can apply

• The startup must be led by founders who are currently enrolled as students (undergraduate, postgraduate, or research) at any university, or by individuals who have graduated or dropped out from a university program in 2023 or any year thereafter.
• Founders leading the startup must collectively possess a minimum equity stake of 25% in their venture.
• The startup's core operations must be firmly rooted in the artificial intelligence domain, explicitly demonstrating the application of Machine Learning, Generative AI, or advanced Data Intelligence technologies in its products or services.
