Collaborating directly with BaryTech (Barycenter Technologies Pvt. Ltd.), an established IT services company specializing in IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, software development, silicon design, verification, and energy services, this program leverages a unique synergy. CSJMIF provides the academic rigor and incubation environment, while BaryTech contributes significant industry expertise, technological development capabilities, and crucial seed capital. This partnership is designed to bridge the gap between innovative ideas stemming from academic research or independent ventures and their successful commercialization, thereby nurturing a new generation of tech-driven enterprises.

BaryTech commits to provide equity-linked seed investment, offering up to Rs. 10 Lakhs per selected startup. This is an equity-based investment, not a grant, with the final amount determined based on the startup's current stage, valuation, and specific capital requirements needed to achieve their next critical growth milestone. BaryTech typically acquires a strategic equity stake, with the terms and percentages individually negotiated with each founder. Importantly, there is no application fee for the program, making it accessible to a wider range of early-stage ventures.

The investment aims to support startups in accelerating their product development, validation, and commercialisation efforts. Funds are specifically intended to empower startups to achieve key growth milestones, ensuring they possess the necessary capital to scale their operations efficiently and continue innovating within their chosen sectors.

Beyond the financial injection, the program offers substantial non-monetary support. This package includes institutional incubation services at the CSJM Innovation Foundation in Kanpur, providing a supportive environment for innovation. Participants gain access to premium coworking spaces, fostering collaboration and networking opportunities. Founders also benefit from curated industry linkages for market access, connecting them with potential customers, partners, and investors. A core component is the mentorship provided by domain experts and ecosystem leaders. Who can apply

• Startups from CSJM Innovation Foundation as well as external startups and applicants are eligible to apply.
• Selected startups will be required to be formally incubated at CSJM Innovation Foundation.
• Startups should demonstrate a sector preference for AI, Healthcare, Agriculture (Agri-Tech), Sustainability, Green-Tech, and Digital Technologies, including Blockchain, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Software.
• The program is also open to disruptive digital technologies that address significant industrial or social problems.
