About this scheme
The Artificial Intelligence and Innovation-Driven Entrepreneurship (AIIDE) Centre of Excellence (CoE) is an initiative under the 'Start in UP' scheme by the Government of Uttar Pradesh.
It is managed by the Startup Incubation and Innovation Centre, IIT Kanpur, in collaboration with FICCI. The program supports startups working in:
* AI/ML
* ICT
* IoT
* Cybersecurity
* Related fields
The CoE aims to transform innovative ideas into impactful ventures by providing world-class mentorship, resources, and opportunities. It has supported over 130 startups across its previous four co horts.
**Key Benefits to Access:**
* **Co-working Space:** Free co-working space at the dedicated 16,000 sq. ft. AIIDE CoE facility in Noida.
* **Mentorship:** Access to the vast mentorship pool of IIT Kanpur and its alumni.
* **Tailored Training:** Focused training in AI from industry leaders and business leaders.
* **R&D Facilities & IP Support:** Access to R&D facilities, co-workspace, and IP support in both IIT Kanpur and Noida, including the latest labs, technology, and infrastructure at IIT Kanpur.
* **Resources:** Provision of GPU and high computing resources.
* **Networking:** Demo Day and networking events to connect with industry leaders, investors, and markets.
Who can apply
- **DPIIT Registration:** Must be registered with DPIIT (Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade).
- **StartInUP Registration:** Must be registered with the "StartInUP" scheme.
- **Domain Focus:** Must be working primarily in the **AI/ML domain** or looking to integrate AI/ML into their core business.
- **Target Sectors:** Startups currently working in domains like MedTech, AgriTech, EdTech, Fintech, Cleantech, Defence, IoT, and more, which are integrating AI/ML, are strongly encouraged to apply.
