About this scheme
The AgriFood Startup Seedcamp is run by AIC Anand Foundation, the Atal Incubation Centre hosted at Anand Agricultural University (AAU). It is open to startups, individuals, and student innovators across India working in agritech, foodtech, dairy-tech, agri-biotech, rural innovation, sustainability, and waste-to-wealth.
Selected ventures receive equity-linked seed support of up to Rs. 25 lakh for startups with validated products, up to Rs. 5 lakh for early-stage founders with a prototype or idea, and up to Rs. 4 lakh for student innovators. Funding is disbursed in milestones as per the program guidelines, with AIC Anand Foundation taking equity in line with standard AIC norms.
Beyond capital, the Seedcamp provides a one-month intensive business and technical mentorship sprint, pilot opportunities and market linkages, access to domain experts and industry mentors, structured incubation support, and networking with investors and corporates. NGOs are considered case-by-case where the work is innovation- or impact-aligned. Applications close on 31 May 2026.

- Stage: idea, prototype/MVP, early-stage with validated products, or growth-stage with initial market traction
- Sector focus: agritech, foodtech, dairy-tech, agri-biotech, rural innovations, sustainability, waste-to-wealth
- Registered entities (private limited or LLP) preferred at funding stages
- NGOs/non-profits considered on a case-by-case basis where aligned with innovation or impact
