CIE operates three specialised incubators: a Deeptech Incubator, launched in 2008 for research-backed startups; the OJAS MedTech Incubator, launched in 2018 with DBT-BIRAC support for healthtech ventures; and the AIC Social Tech Incubator, launched in 2019 with backing from NITI Aayog's Atal Innovation Mission for social-impact startups. Its programmes include the AVISHKAR Deep Tech Accelerator and an Entrepreneur-in-Residence track. Across more than 14 years it has housed over 300 startups that together raised around Rs. 200 crore and created more than 2,000 jobs, and it has been named Best Academic Incubator in Hyderabad by TiE Hyderabad.
